This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 3 children and 3 large dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family. There were not any extra trash bags, but I reached out to Alister and he apologized and quickly brought some to us. If you have multiple pets and/or large pets, this is a perfect place to stay. So many rentals have limits on number of pets allowed, weight limits and expensive additional fees. Alister only charges a very reasonable flat fee. We also appreciated the discount we received at a local golf cart company for staying at his property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, loved being by the birding center and loved that it was dog friendly (dogs deserve the beach too). Really enjoyed that there were baggies and items such as laundry soap, dishwasher pods, plastic bags, seasonings, etc. that were not used by previous guests left in the unit for community use. House felt really cozy and was a great long weekend away from life.

We got to celebrate my daughter’s sixteenth birthday in this beautiful home. It was a great location, a few minutes from all the restaurants and about 8 minutes from the beach.
The house was clean and spacious.
We had a great time!
